MANOKWARI, KOMPAS.com – Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Tedjo Edhi Purdijatno said that journalists can go to stay abreast of the terms. But there are also requirements that include reporting that does not contain slander, things that are not real, vilify-disfigure the Indonesian government and unbalanced.

Foreign press, continued Tedjo, could be allowed to covered in the mountains like to Wamena and others. However, journalists should ask permission first.

“Perhaps it should first be selected who can go. Because security is linked TNI and Police and we also have to be responsible for their safety. If there’s anything goes wrong we can be blamed as well. They will select,” said Tejo.
