SOLOMON ISLAND – The Papatura Jimmy, Johnny and all of the members of “Papatura Island Retreat” is showing their support to free West Papua and self-determination. We also condemn Indonesia illegally occupation and annexation for 52 years since 1963.

We are standing together with our brothers and sisters against Indonesia criminal act as criminal behaviour upon to native people in West Papua. West Papuan you are not alone. We can feel it your suffering and cries for freedom under Indonesia criminal regime whereas Indonesia not allow international media and NGO’s entering to West Papua. We believe that, if there is something Indonesia tried to hide from us as part as Melanesian family we have obligation to support and raising awareness about ongoing genocide in West Papua. 

We are Papature Island Retreat is a surfing/fishing retreat in the Solomon Islands support freedom for West Papua from Indonesian colonial rules and slavery in the 21st century until now.
